ROLE: SR. PROJECT MANAGER, BRAND
Addressed the needs of retail and merchandise within Lucid as it relates to Brand. Formulated the foundations for an in-house role and team that was previously farmed out to an agency, created the current infrastructure of processes and roadmaps that are currently in practice.
Developed, refined, and streamlined the cross-functional efforts for the production of all retail art, print graphics, media, and brand experience for over 40 Lucid studios + service centers in the US, Middle East, and Europe.
Directed cross-functional multi-channel project plans and programs in design, retail development, retail ops, marketing, PR, experiential marketing, localization, facilities and creative agencies.
Created a system and process for a retail architectural photography program within Lucid of over 25 properties globally for marketing campaigns, press releases, real estate decks and in-house communication.
Produced the photoshoot for all retail locations, and coordinated local in-house and external teams.
Active leader in initiating the localization roadmap, guidelines, and teamwork flows to support global expansion.
Drove brand vision, awareness, and integration as the POC for all merchandise projects by building a cohesive style and guidelines to be used across multi-platforms (in-house by employees, retail, events, and e-commerce).
Managed creative teams on the development of marketing campaigns from kick-off to delivery.
Collaborated with legal, creative, and product teams on required internal approvals for copy, layouts, and proofs.
